General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) — Digital Products
ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE & SCOPE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern all sales concluded on the website alldigicraft.fr between the site publisher and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”) purchasing digital content (guides, worksheets, e-books in PDF format).
Placing an order on the site implies the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS & CHARACTERISTICS
The products offered for sale are downloadable, intangible digital goods. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on the site’s dedicated sales page.
The guides are provided for informational purposes and as parental support material. They do not, under any circumstances, constitute medical, pediatric, or psychological advice, diagnoses, or treatment.
ARTICLE 3 — PRICE & PAYMENT TERMS
Product prices are listed in Euros (€), all taxes included. The publisher reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Payment is made online in a fully secure manner via our payment providers (Stripe / PayPal). The order is recorded and confirmed as soon as payment is confirmed by the banking institution.
ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY & FILE ACCESS
Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. The Customer receives:
Immediate access to the download link on the order confirmation page.
A confirmation email containing the access link to the purchased PDF files.
In the event of a technical issue during download, the Customer may contact customer support at contact@alldigicraft.fr.
ARTICLE 5 — WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS
⚠ No right of withdrawal (Digital Products):
In accordance with Article L.221-28(13) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer’s prior express agreement. By confirming their order, the Customer accepts immediate delivery of the content and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. No refund, return, or exchange will be granted after purchase.
ARTICLE 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (text, visuals, layout, PDF files) present on the site and within the products sold is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Purchasing a guide grants the Customer a private, personal, and non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, resale, free or paid distribution, modification, or full or partial commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of alldigicraft.fr.
ARTICLE 7 — LIABILITY & WARRANTY
The publisher makes every effort to provide quality content. However, its liability cannot be engaged with regard to the interpretation or application of the advice contained in the guides, nor for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the digital products.
ARTICLE 8 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
